1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lamiaa Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lamiaa Hub is a curated marketplace for progressive web applications (PWAs). The Service allows users to browse, purchase, and install web-based software applications that run directly in their browser.

3. Accounts

Lamiaa Hub does not require user accounts. All purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. License keys are delivered via email by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in USD.
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. Lamiaa Hub does not store credit card information.
Each license key grants access to a specific application for the purchasing user.
License keys are non-transferable.

5. License Keys

Upon successful payment, Lemon Squeezy will email you a license key.
License keys are validated server-side against Lemon Squeezy's API.
You may activate a license key on any number of devices you personally use.
Sharing license keys with third parties is prohibited.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for details.

7. User Data

All application data is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. Lamiaa Hub has no access to your app data. You are responsible for backing up your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

Lamiaa Hub and its original content are owned by Lamiaa.
Individual applications are owned by their respective creators.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent license validation or copy protection.
Redistribute purchased applications or license keys.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lamiaa Hub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamiaa Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service.
