Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The application does not work as described on its product page.
  • You purchased the application within the last 14 days.
  • You have not substantially used the application (e.g., data has not been created or modified within the app).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@lamiaahub.com with:

  • Your license key
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Processing

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
  • Requests due to buyer's remorse (changed mind after purchase).
  • Requests that do not describe a legitimate product issue.
  • Free applications (no purchase was made).

6. License Revocation

Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated. You must delete the application and any copies from your devices.

7. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
